    Altre tre carte olimpiche per l'Italia, stavolta nella canoa slalom: sia la canoa femminile che quella femminile, tra l'altro con uno splendido podio di Ceccon, hanno conquistato il pass olimpico. Inoltre, grazie a una serie di combinazioni, l'Italia è già qualificata nel kayak femminile. All'appello manca solamente il kayak maschile, che domani potrà colmare il gap. L'Italia potrebbe quindi tornare a partecipare alle Olimpiadi con il contingente pieno, cosa che non succede dal 2012, ovvero nell'ultima edizione con una sola specialità femminile.
