My hope is that the Democratic Party does every in its power to stop Trump. He makes a policy descision, bam! new investigation. He opens his mouth, bam! Obamacare protection bill. No, PASO just gives countries a limited amount of quotas to enter both the road and track disciplines. I believe it is free entry as long as Country has a quota (Athlete may participate in as many events as they want). At least that’s my understanding from past years and the qualification doc

Thanks, I thought it was odd that there was just all of sudden quotas there. Although, I’m sure it’s close to right. The editor who wrote it (sportsfan 1234) (I think) is generally in the know it seems. He always seems to understand every freakin detail about every multi-sports games.
