    That’s what I think too. Rowing is more onboard with the European Championships model though, I think.

    Cycling, GSSE highlights, X Games, maybe some old European Games replays to get hyped for this edition. It’s the first week of summer here in America, so I probably just relax too.

    Honestly, 7s is one the most understandable and watchable sports. It’s pretty much the same story about how I discovered it (except for the fact that is was bored in my mandatory religion class one, so I decided to watch the 7s World Series). It’s super entertaining, the matches aren’t terribly long, and it always has a type of party atmosphere to it.

    Little nations are doing big things this year. I’m really liking the diversity of these games. Hopefully this means the quality of Pan American sport is increasing, especially amongst non-powerhouses (USA, CAN, BRA, ARG, COL, MEX)

    At least with the beach games, some 1st or 2nd world country can just step into host them when they were supposed to be held. Apparently there’s been a lot of interest from Asian where they’ve already perfected this model of games.

    The GSSE General Assembly did not allow the Vatican athletes to run . They said because there is no Vatican OC they can not compete. That will change in a few years at least, so we should see them in 21 or 23 I would imagine. The Faroe Islands have also been told off for the same reason, though I have a feeling that the EOC may laid down the hammer here to get the Faroe Islands off their backs. Im all for Faroe and Vatican participation, but the other countries are against it, the Faroe Islands especially, because it would mean that they lose medals.

    2019 GSSE Playlist (Full Matches and Highlights) The quality on some of the streams is amateur, but it’s still better than absolutely nothing. The daily highlights the Montenegrin account has put together are very nice. He shows footage from multiple venues and all the scores from the day. (If someone could link the playlist to first post that’d be )
