I’d be down. I don’t watch every race, but make sure to watch a good amount every season. I will say that seeing live last year was awesome, so when they come back to the US in 30 years I’ll go rep Totallympics Biathlon

Posh sports are better left to the East. We’ll stick to surfing, Climbing, Volleyball, Cycling, etc. They can have Equestrian.

Being as I took 14 years on this. I will tell you that the Roman Catholic Church recognizes 7 types of Christianity. Mormons are not considered a Christian Church by any Christian churches. You also forgot about Coptic Christians and Yazidis who are technically not, not Christian. There is also Greek Orthodox which is separate from normal Eastern Orthodox.

I counted on day 1 of the competition, and I’m not joking here. There were 12, 12 people in the seating area. There was more support staff and volunteers then fans.

Yes, yes it is. It’s still better than yesterday though, so any improvement is good improvement.

Some interesting takeaways from the technical guide. Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Canoe/Kayak, Cycling, Fencing, Handball, Judo, Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Tennis, Triathlon, Beach Volleyball, and Weightlifting will serve as Olympic qualifiers in some capacity. Is that true at @JoshMartini007? There is not going to be a 5x5 Basketball tournament which may be a first for any continental games. A good amount of the Olympic program will be on display (such as 5 recurve archery events, 13 boxing events, etc.). Morocco hasn’t Medal loaded the event as much as they could have. Artistic Gymnastics and Equestrian make a comeback on the program. I’d love to know your opinion of African artistic Gymnastics @thiago_simoes. Chess and Snooker make their African Games debuts. Rowing will only feature single sculls events held at 1000m and 500m. Only the shotgun events will be held in shooting (how hard would it have been to add to 10m events too).

@hckosice I imagine you’ll be happy to know that there will be (at least it’s been proposed should enough athletes been entered) a men’s 20KM race walk and women’s 20KM race walk.

Yeah I don’t understand why weren’t running Evy in the C1, but oh well. I’m definitely looking forward to the men’s C1 too, even if a certain American paddler who’s family I’m attending the Olympics with next year isn’t competing...
