Judging by the starters named so far, one would imagine Roglic being the main favourite for the win, with a big host of possible challengers at least for the podium positions (if not more):
- INEOS duo Bernal/Carapaz, if they fail there could be a Yates if he's found some better form and if that doesn't work out neither there's still Sivakov
- Carthy (and in his shadow, Uran) for EF Education
- Landa, and considering Bahrain's insane year so far I wouldn't even count out Padun and definitely not Haig
- MAL and Mas for Movistar, and Valverde somehow? Who knows, it's Movistar
- Vlasov for Astana, Ciccone with Trek, who knows even DSM with Bardet
- Kuss if it doesn't work out for Roglic
