Russia, Armenia, Malta, Netherlands, Iceland and Hungary are the most "sure" qualifiers according to the bookmakers, followed by Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Croatia and Azerbaijan - with the last 2 of those being in the "60-70% category". Finland, Moldova, San Marino and Montenegro are seen as having only very, very slim chances.
