By the way, overall level in shot put may not be amazing, the comraderie in especially women's shot put is amazing, only rivalled by the men's pole vault.

I doubt being full with adrenaline after a race he was thinking too much about the reactions on social media. He was also quite clearly not hindered. His hurdle moved, but his jump didn't change at all.

Canada and Germany those typical teams who take a relay serious and clearly train handovers more than just a few minutes before a major event. Jamaica on the other hand...especially with loners like Thompson
