  1. As I understood, life time in this case means not able to Apply for license for 5 years
  2. Update from Stina Nilssons attempt to go from the best Cross country sprinter to biathlete: Most events has been cancelled so after her debut in october where she had 3 misses in sprint and 10 misses in individual, she started in two sprints on sunday and monday. The first race was caotic, slipper conditions, fall, skiied some extra meters in wrong direction etc. She had 4 misses. Better on monday where she shot 1+0 and finished 3rd in a race with the best biathletes in Sweden without the world cup team. Elisabeth Högberg shot clean but still over 40 seconds ahead of Stina. So a great shooting result for her 4th race ever, impressed by that, but even though she must be much slower on the shooting than the rest, I am still not very impressed of her being so far away from Högberg. I really hope she is skiing carefully now in the beginning until she has learned to shoot with high heart rate because that ski speed is not what I expected.

In the 10k C individual start, Karlsson half minute ahead of Andersson 15k F Masstart, Andersson won over Karlsson after a sprint finish. Sundling 3rd. First race for the season for Kalla after Having Covid. She finished 7th. Poroma best male Today but the swedish men are not that interesting
  5. It is up to the different federations. and IBU has been much smatter planning the schedule, having two weeks at each venue to reduce travel.
  6. Finally, after almost 3 years without much happening since the olympic medals, Sebastian took his first individual world cup win! And from start no 18!
  7. Siblings 1&3 Both for men and women. First podium Ever for Elvira!
  8. So disapointed. The feeling is that they are more afraid of not doing as Norway than for the virus. Can FIS go on with events without Nor, Swe and Fin? I really hope they come to senses and participate in tor de ski.
  9. And the rest of the norwegian team takes the same decision now..
  10. Eckhoff 0 points in the overall cup after Two races
  11. Magnusson new 3rd after shooting 1. Still exciting
  12. Positions behind Johaug decided by a fall on the last lapp Svahn, Dahlqvist and Nepryavea
  13. And Dahlqvist as Well. Could be helpful for Karlsson tomorrow With Some help from the swedish sprinters who I Guess Will start Sorundas the same time tomorrow
  14. Looks like the same Thing happens to Norway in Ruka as happend to the Swedish alpine team last week. One coach tested positive.
  15. Anja Paersson wrote today about the issue that teams could hide covid cases in a team to svar the skiiers from Losing points. my opinion is that fis and other organizations should let all competitors remove their points from their maybe 3-5 Worst events this unique season
  16. https://www.svtplay.se/langdskidor-varldscupen
  17. Swedish season start in Bruksvallarna. Men´s winner 15km C unknown Max Novak. At women´s side 10 km C, Ebba and Frida might give Johaug difficulties this season (based on differences to other national team skiiers) more than previous year. Charlotte Kalla DNS due to Covid last week 1. Ebba Andersson 2. Frida Karlsson +3.2 3. Linn Svahn +1:25.9 4. Jonna Sundling +1:48.6 5. Sofia Henriksson +2:04.3 6. Johanna Hagström +2:25.5 7. Evelina Settlin +3:01.8
  18. One swedish leader tested positive for Covid so no swedish skiiers will compete in Levi.
  19. and now it looks like it is 45 second penalties instead of 1 minute due to shorter race
  20. Samuelsson Ahead of Nelin at mens side and Öberg won the womens race 17,7s before Skottheim. Stina Nilsson in her first ever biathlon race 11th after 2+1 misses where she needed to reload one shot. Good first race! She beat Magnusson and Persson who are experienced world cup racers.
  21. Kortdistans= short distance and distans is the Word we use. For the individual race so a shorter individual 12,5/15Km from what I could find
  22. Diamond league is usually bad on tv productions But this was the worst I have seen. Do they want to destroy the interest for athletics?
  23. Cool with swedish win in both womens and mens competition! Too bad they didn´t think abot the light, the darkness might have stopped a world record yesterday. About the number of people I am not surprised after seing swiss people post pictures from night clubs last months but it seems many nations are now opening up anything as long as they are protecting their mouth which they in many cases are not good at. I have not supported every part of the swedish strategy but seems that trategy might more consistent at least.
  24. So WarholM might try to break another ER in 400 without hurdlers today..
  25. Low Level on the competitors perhaps But still, Melwin Lycke Holm, son of the 2004 olympic high Jump champion Stefan Holm won the Swedish nationals today in the same discipline at the age of 15.
