  1. Mexico leads by two rails after round 1!
  2. Wow, you probably have all biathlon gossip at your fingertips.
  3. Are there any qualification standards required for participation? If so, I doubt it.
  4. Oja followed the choke with 5/5...
  5. With one more stage to go, these are the provisional qualifiers from the Western European League for the World Cup Finals in Gothenburg. Helen Langehanenberg Dorothee Schneider Hans Peter Minderhoud Maria Caetano Patrik Kittel Tinne Vilhelmson-Silfven Daniel Bachmann Andersen Morgan Barbancon Judy Reynolds Andersen and Reynolds only had 3 starts so far (best 4 scores count), so they can improve quite a bit and basically secure the qualification. Outside of the top 9, there is Antonia Ramel who should be able to overtake Barbancon after the Den Bosch stage. Thamar Zweistra has an outside chance as well. Additionally, Benjamin Werndl will be looking to overtake Schneider and qualify (only 3 per nations can go). He will need to be 1st or 2nd however to do that. Among other leagues, this is the current situation... Isabell Werth is qualified of course as the defending champion. Laura Graves and Kasey Perry-Glass are the likely qualifiers from the North America. Regina Isachkina and Stanislav Cherednichenko are holding the Central European spots with two more stages to go. Rozzie Ryan qualified from the Pacific League, but it doesn't look like she will be taking up the invitation. Yvonne Losos de Muniz and Tanya Seymour should be the favorites for the wild cards dedicated towards the non-league athletes. One more spot is reserved for the hosts, but looks like that one will be reallocated to the Western Europe (good news for Barbancon...). Pacific League spot could also end up in the Western Europe, which would be grand for Zweistra... There are 18 slots available in total...
  6. Doppelmeter has much to regret...
  7. Not that major events have much meaning for teams like Croatia, but this edition was even worse than Pyeongchang.
  8. Western European League, Stage 9 (Neumunster, Germany) Isabell Werth (Weihegold OLD) - 86.810% Helen Langehanenberg (Damsey FRH) - 83.825% Judy Reynolds (Vancouver K) - 82.750% Full results... WEL Standings...
  9. 4 DNFs for Belgium. Now that's what I call a team effort.
  10. Yap, only non-German in top 7. It's Neumunster after all. @OlympicIRL
  11. Istok is just embarrasing himself at this point.
  12. 82.750% for Judy. Commentator is almost crying.
  13. Great test for Seymour. Hopefully this will be enough to give her a wild card for the Gothenburg Finals.
  14. Six nations will compete at today's season opener in Wellington.
  15. Well, the sled obviously crashed, and then somehow flipped back. It's understandable why the worker was out there, but I guess someone should have screamed earlier.
  16. Yap, weirdest run I ever saw. First they crashed, few corners later flipped back on, and before the finish came extremely close to running over a track worker...
  17. He had an excellent speed just before.
  18. I joined just after Rinaldi's run. Nothing too extraordinary happened, just a lot of mistakes (corner 2 and shady!) from the favorites.
  19. Haven just said Slovenia, but immediately corrected himself to Slovakia. First ever commentator to correct himself after such mistake.
  20. Rinaldi will lead after the first run.
  21. Why is she climbing? WTF?
  22. St-Germain wins the second league. Now onto the top 6...
  23. 60th place for Marti (+49.20). She made the second run.
