    Nordiq Canada has really stepped it up. They hadn’t won a junior medal since 1989.

    That was one of my favourite events to watch. But now it makes total sense why Canada didn’t send a team, no sense wasting time and money on a non Olympic event. I bet Italy regrets that decision though since they won gold today.

    Alpine Canada responded and said there were a number of reasons but the main for not sending a parallel team was the busy schedule for the athletes. Competing.

    Anyone know why Canada didn’t enter in the team event for the world championships tomorrow . We won bronze last time. Interesting choice.
