  1. Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron from France retire from figure skating opening up the medal podium a lot in Italy. They were the world record holders and Olympic Champions.
  2. Good showing from our women's technical team this weekend. Valerie Grenier comes back with a ninth place finish in the Giant Slalom and World Champion Laurence St-Germain finished 7th in today's slalom in Killington Vermont.
  3. Yeah and she even contends in the 1500m now . I think she finished 4th
  4. Canada won 12 medals at four continents. Graeme fish looks to be back in form where he won medals at the world championships in 2020. Laurent Dubreuil , Ivanie Blondin, Isabelle Weidemann and Connor Howe are picking up where they left off strong last season and both pursuit teams look as strong medal contenders as well on the World Cup circuit and championships. Also we are very strong in the men’s mass start as well instead of just the women’s.
  5. And they take gold again while Piper and Paul take silver
  6. Why won’t Routliffe become Canadian again haha
  7. Canada wins gold in the mixed relay!!
  8. And I’m now just reading Josh’s earlier messages I don’t see before lol
  9. Steven Dubois and William dandjinou go 1-2 in the men’s 500m and dandjinou takes gold in the men’s 1500 :D
  10. Where did they do it in Toronto?
  11. Montreal is hosting again this weekend :D. Salt Lake City had to cancel because of the padding or something
  12. Stellato-Dudek and Deschamps skate to gold in the pairs event in Halifax !
  13. William Dandjinou wins gold and Steven Dubois wins bronze in the men’s 1500m, first event in Montreal!
  14. And he won bronze in the elimination race
  15. Laurie Blouin wins bronze in big air in Switzerland
  16. And Charlotte Simoneau won gold in the women’s 71kg with a total of 240kg! Her total was better than the 81 kg class and tied for gold in the 87kg class.
  17. where do we find the results?
  18. Florence Brunelle and William Dandjinou were crowned national champions this weekend. We have such a strong team despite Courtney Sarault not competing. Top five men and high chances of competing on the world cups this year are: 1) Dandjinou 2) Steven Dubois 3) Jordan Pierre-Gilles 4) Felix Roussel 5) Phillipe Daudelin and for women 1) Brunelle 2) Danae Blais 3) Kim Boutin 4) Rikki Doak 5) Renee Steenge I don’t know what they will do with women since Sarault will recover soon and she was our champion last year
  19. Cameron Spalding won the first World Cup slopestyle competition of the season beating the Olympic Silver medallist Mons Roisland
