  1. I totally forgot we actually medalled in Tokyo in sprint cannoing. How have we now ended up with no one competing in the sport at all?
  2. Particularly the Men’s. The women’s is normally somewhat more predictable (Tokyo excluding).
  3. I mean compared to the others you mentioned our chances are much lower.
  4. Poor run for Clarke. Arguably the most disappointing day for GB today. Two more opportunities for cannoing gold.
  5. There has been a movement to rename the team the United Kingdom. Saying Northern Ireland just stops complaints from Nothern Ireland politicians. The BBC don’t want some of those having a go at them.
  6. Other than Emma Wilson sailing has not been good so far.

  8. Lin is fascianting as Taiwan is not a country normally associated with DSD athletes in sport.
  9. Luke Greenbank has confirmed he is not swimming in the medley relay.
  10. Doing quite well in an event where we struggled in Tokyo
  11. Commentators are often bad at doing things like that.

  13. Sorry that sounded harsh. It’s just i remmeber her being mentioned a medal contender at previous games and she has never got particularly close.
