Same here If I'm consciously minding my diet then I try not to eat within 3.5 - 4 hrs of the previous meal but for the vast majority of the time I just eat when I'm hungry, usually depending on how early or late my day started

Sure, I'll eat later again when I'm hungry. Snack with tea or a light supper. But it's not like there are rules

Since it's the weekend and I don't have to work tomorrow I'll probably be awake until 2 am
