  1. Kibbeling from the shop in Nunspeet. I agree when you say that the sauce there is the best ??
  2. Hagelslag!!! ???? Can't wait for my breakfasts and lunches with hagelslag from December to February! ? Bread with so much hagelslag that you barely can see the bread under it and basically make your bread become a spoon full of this delicious thing! And just a small but important remarking: milk hagelslag is better than dark hagelslag! Sweeter! ??❤️ @heywoodu boxes ready already for my very first day there, please! ?? Love you!
  3. Oops! I see I missed something important ???‍♀️? I will join next time
  4. Now I have no excuses not to train with my bike ? From mostly trash... Homemade adjustable equipment for 26 and 29er bikes https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=3282705961793470&id=100001622958984
  5. That's kind of you ? But I can imagine that my name isn't there for two reasons: 1- no World Cups for me yet; 2- my federation didn't take my name off IBU's system yet so, for IBU, I am still an active athlete. CBDN wants me to do some races for them next season even if my focus is on cross country from now on because every start of mine will give them money and equipments from IBU. First they put only one stage in my schedule (Orsblie), as I don't want to do Biathlon next season for "x" reasons, we were negotiation to remove it (maybe I would have no choice, otherwise they wouldn't support me for the cross country season) but a few days later they also added the Open Europeu in my schedule! I already said that I am not going to start, but still they didn't remove it. There will be a meeting at CBDN next week to talk about the next season and its needed changes due to coronavirus and after that someone will call me so we can talk about my schedule.
  6. Unfortunately, yes, what you said about americans very much describe brazilians. Things are just getting worse here
  7. He did!!! ?? and believe me, that looked weird! I am completely in love with him, but I am happy that eventually he shaved it all ?
  8. No beard ??? P.S.: but I love you the same - with/without/half-half ??❤️
  9. Thank you, meu amor @heywoodu! ❤️❤️?
  10. There are two ways to get qualified specifically for the 30km event: 1- by FIS points - the "normal way" - as well as the top athletes do. I am not sure if it is <120 or <100 FIS points for women, but I believe someone here can make it clear for us 2- by being Top10 (and not more than 20% behind the winner) in the qualifying race (the race before the Sprint - 5km for women and 10km for men). This is the one I am gonna try.
  11. Every nation/federation gets a list of equipments, clothes and an amount of money from IBU according to the position of the country in the Nations ranking. The highest the country is in this ranking, the more it gets. That includes boxes of ammunitions. Brazil gets around 10.000 ammunitions every season, so we can imagine Sweden gets a lot more (just like Germany, Norway, Italy...). Apart from the boxes of ammunition, the swedish federation (as well as the other high level national federations as from the countries mentioned above) gets good money from its sponsors and IBU, which provides the possibility to afford a very good structure to its athletes (meaning, they can buy as many amnunitions as they need). Apart from being financially able to provide this to the athletes, the swedish federation is very serious when it's about methodology of trainings. I remember when Brazilian federation and swedish federation had a partnership, we could train with them and that was our best period - many shots per day, very specific shooting trainings... So, we can say that the swedish federation plays hard and with great focus, giving their athletes, in all possible ways, all the structure that they need.
  12. If she is training 6 days a week (which most of the athletes do), then it means an average of 200 shots a day, meaning she stops at the shooting range about 40x per training ? (or possibly she is training twice a day, which is more likely, and that give us an average of 2x 20x per day) My God, that's really, reeeeally a lot! My former Biathlon coach used to let us shoot an average of 8x per training (within ≤1h30min), only once a day. She does in one single training what I was allowed to do in 5! That sounds like a dream! ? If she doesn't blow up (shooting is fun, but can make your mind very tired as well), no doubt she will bring biathlon to a next, very interesting, level.
  13. That's more than what I used to shoot per season! ?? *I was keeping a track of that and the total for trainings + zeroings + races per season, was under 1.000 ?
  14. ? I would say "I did not retire from Biathlon, that was a joke! Let me start!!!" ?
  15. Thank you, @Olympian1010. Unfortunately, as @heywoodu said, it was confirmed by the federation. Now, complete focus on the preparation for the XC World Championships, which main goal for me is to get qualified for the 30km race.
  16. Probably... I really was not expecting for medals in all races this time
  17. Mostly likely pneumatic than Corona Bruna (I hope ?) ?
  18. ?? I promise I didn't mean something bad with "??", it was like "the federation says 'banana to you, athletes. Our marketing matters more". But I got it and, yeah, maybe it could mean both ?? Thank you very much I will take my rest serious, specially today that I still have pain from the injection and finding a position to sleep was a hard challenge. Walking a lot is not in my plans for today... This thing with the governments (from all over the world) is so ridiculous... There will always be something that they do for their good instead of thinking about the population. About São Paulo and USA, I still can't believe that Doria and Trump won the elections. I hope this changes next time.
  19. Around 5 hours in the hospital, what a waste of time ??‍♀️ 14 days after coming back from Italy, I started to show symptoms of a strong flu. For me, just a coincidence, considering that I had trained hard intervals under strong rain here in my city (so, "this flu probably came because of that and not the coronavirus"). I had all symptoms, except for fever and this was the main reason I didn't go to the hospital earlier. In the hospital here, doesn't matter if you've been in Europe or China, any infected country and you have the symptoms of coronavirus. If you have no fever, you can't even be tested. So, I knew it would have been a waste of time (I was so right!) Today I decided to go to the hospital for two reasons - I am getting worse (last night I couldn't sleep before 4:30am due to the pain in my chest while breathing) and this morning my dad suddenly had some symptoms of flu (including fever). In the hospital I explained my situation, the nurses asked me to put a mask on, I was classified as danger/priority and was sent to a doctor's room. Well, she (the doctor) examined my throat and the sounds of my breathing (lungs) and heartbeat. Due to what she heard, I needed to get inhalation and due to the inflammation in my throat I needed to get an injection (painful, I couldn't walk for some minutes ??), X-ray of my chest (showing a inflammation in my lungs - not so bad, but I have to take care of), blood and urine exams (which results prove that I have an infection). Still, the doctor was not allowed to send me to do the exam for coronavirus because I have no fever ??‍♀️ she tried to convince the boss of the hospital because she wasn't accepting to send me home without checking what is going on with me (her words "it's visible this is not just a normal flu, the symptoms started exactly 14 days after coming back from North Italy and she has all symptoms except just for fever. We should test her"). I am happy she was worried about me, it shows that at least some people in that hospital love their jobs, not just the money. Anyway, her request was refused "because I don't fit in the criterias of the state's government so the hospital is not allowed to test me". I imagine how many people may be in the same situation as me in the state of São Paulo (who knows also other states) just because the government of the state doesn't want to make the number of suspected and positive cases higher ? My dad went to the hospital later today. He had fever, so maybe he would be tested. But guess what? No... The doctor who examined him (another one) didn't even look at his face. He sent my dad for an injection for the fever and for an exam for Dengue ??‍♀️ I am already 4 days without training and the doctor asked me to take medicines (I have a long list) and rest As an athlete and having the first stage of the Brazilian Rollerski Circuit coming next week, I am really not happy with "having to rest". But I have no other option because last time I tried to train, it was hard to breathe and my chest was hurting like about to explode by so much pressure, even though it was a slow pace. I notified someone from my federation about it and said that I am not sure I can entry for the races next week (for my health and also for the safety of the other athletes) and I was told that I should entry and race anyway because otherwise I could get in "one more trouble" with the federation. ?? Conclusion: we will never know, but, I hope it's just a strong flu. Also, in advance, I don't promise any great results in the races next week, sorry.
  20. This video can be helpful for my studies for the Visa ? Also... Hagelslag! ???
