  1. No I didn't want to be first, I find it not interesting to be in the first juries
  2. What was the song? I don't remember it (don't worry it's not a bad sign I remember only a few songs like the winners and the French songs )
  3. France is 4th on the list of average points? I didn't think we were this high. Let's hope that we'll reach the average this year
  4. I kind of hate when you talk about that one song you loved and you're listening to all the time or that song you hated in this contest because I'm soooo curious This is torture to tell us that because we have to wait a long time before the D-Day XD (it's still 2 weeks away.......)
  5. I honestly don't remember which song was the worst for me And I don't want to find out XD
  6. Exactly, I'm not a fan of rap music for example but sometimes I like songs that fit in that category (but the songs doesn't have to be only rap, the rapper has to sing (or there must be a singer who sings the chorus) and the music must be good (according to me ofc), stuff like that) There are always exceptions, songs that you don't want other people to know you like
  7. Well, I'm 21 so I'm part of the generation that loooooves all the songs that are so popular but that I hate (I don't hate all of them but like 95% ), but maybe I'm 40 in my head I don't know
  8. Wow, I had never seen things from this angle, but you're absolutely right! That's why I'm glad Spotify exists and shows you songs you could like according to what you listen to.
  9. Every decade before the 2010's has good and diverse music (in my opinion) But the 2010's are a musical disaster...
  10. Oh and I really like this song too (too bad she's French Canadian and not French, otherwise I would have used this song for the next TISC :p) :
  11. This isn't the kind of things I listen to normally but when I first heard it, it literally made me cry. It has such a powerful meaning: And another song that has nothing to do with the first one, but it's one of the best music videos ever, also I love the song so great combo:
  12. Yes, Galway is amazing I didn't want to talk about it because when my friends came to see me they were disappointed (but they loved Dublin XD) One great thing to do in Connemara is the Sky Road, you have amazing views of the sea (but it's a little damaged road so it's not really made for buses) And also, a must see, the Cliffs of Moher!
  13. Most people will try to answer in English but our level is very very very low (so that's not always easy to understand) and that drives me to despair... Where I work, when I answer in English with my accent to English-speaking people, they always look surprised, they always tell me that I have a good accent, so I think it shows that they are used to people in France not making any efforts to talk in English Yeah I like cities that are not too big but not too small either! For example I studied in Angers and it's like the perfect city for me, it has around 150,000 inhabitants and it's really pleasant, and there are a lot of things to do (well, maybe not for tourists Although there is a castle) @hckosice I know I already said it a few years ago, but Slovakia looks like a beautiful country and I'd really like to visit it someday
  14. Well... I only visited Paris once, and it was just for a few hours I went with my class in high school, we went to the Louvres museum, and Opéra Garnier (a magical place), and I saw Notre-Dame de Paris, and that's it XD I only saw the Eiffel Tower for a few seconds and from far away, so I can't give my opinion on the city. I just know that I will never live there, because it's too big. My sister went there one day for work and she said that she would never live there either because people are too busy and don't pay attention to you, etc... but what I'm saying doesn't help you since you just want to visit the city and not live there I think it's still something to do, but if you go to France, don't visit only Paris, the country has so many different landscapes. I'm fed up of seeing people sometimes talking about Paris as if it was the entire country.
  15. Some regions in France that I love are Basque Country, Alsace (there are so many beautiful villages there), Brittany (its coasts) and Provence. Oh and Annecy I'd also recommend western Ireland (and Ireland in general but I only visited the west and Dublin (I wasn't really charmed by Dublin)) because it's beautiful and people are welcoming.
  16. Sninga sninga sninga! I loved that song! That was the first edition but I remember that I gave it 12 points (and I don't think I remember my other 12 points even though they were more recent )
  17. Still listening to this song from a previous TISC
  18. To be honest, when I listened to the songs a second time before making my final choice, my 12 points was less clear, but I still kept the same song, but the next 2 or 3 really grew on me. @Werloc I think I know what's your favorite song Also you're all intriguing me when you talk about your favorite song, uuugh November 18th is so far away...
  19. For the first time I think, I was one of the first 3 people to vote
