  1. Remember Huang Yu Lin, the roller skating guy from who famously won Asian Games gold after taking over his opponent who celebrated prematurely? Yesterday he lost in National Games of Taiwan with the same method
  2. Aren't you aware how bad Indonesian badminton fared in Hangzhou All these fans are creating a ruckus What @Fly_like_a_donsuggest is exactly in the head of the local officials. I'd say the judging in pencak silat (both artistic and combat) is not a good thing to show internationally. As much as I love wushu, I'll avoid adding more sports that involve judges. If I am the organizer, I will add: 1. Sepaktakraw 2. Roller skating (esp. slalom) 3. Bowling
  3. But they put it for the rotated section. I don't find any explicit wording that requires Nepali flag to be hoisted in rotated position Also, I found this cricket medal ceremony at South Asian Games
  4. I don't think so. Maybe they didn't expect Nepal to win a medal (i.e. they don't make flagpoles that "support" the flag) but also want to avoid mishaps at the same time?
  5. This is my first time seeing Nepali flag at a medal ceremony
  6. going to karate final! Either first ever gold or third ever silver
  7. First ever archery medal is gold, what a great moment for
  8. It would be funny if the whole team will become neighbours Anyway the president of Indonesian Rowing Union is also the Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure who is reponsible for these rewards
  9. wins their first basketball gold since 1962!
  10. And today, Indonesia won by 0.047 seconds. Dragon boat is thrilling
  11. It's getting worse every single day it seems... Weightlifting commentators keeps pronouncing Hyang as "Chang" and my favorite is shortening of DPRK as "Democratic People's" (which is as we know, very wrong both literally and figuratively).
  12. It will be very possible in singles, winning a few low level tournaments would be enough
  13. Indonesia losing gold to China by 0.013 seconds....
  14. They completely missed the momentum to make it the prefect Trans Atlantic affair by hosting the final on a floating stadium located on longitude and latitude zero
  15. That's the last thing I'd expect Indonesian federation to do... Prayers are the best
  16. Still remembered back then when I saw Reza Alipour on the screen, I just close the stream since there’s basically no chance to win I guess he’s still got that dominating aura, since his last two opponents slipped today
  17. It was hilarious in badminton when Zhang and Zheng plays in the semifinal. The poor commentator found himself in the trouble after pronouncing Zhang as “Zayng”, then he had to pause for a few seconds to think how he will pronounce Zheng.
  18. Wait Irfanaluthfi qualify? I thought we didn’t made the cut since Hribar took the last spot?
  19. What a performance b Shanti Pereira
  20. Another instance of 'celebrating too early is not good'...
  21. No wonder after boxer lost to by RSC, our official looked so upset and threw our boxer’s glove to the referee
  22. https://49-231-37-236-rewriter.ais-vidnt.com/ais/play/origin/live/eds/AG008/HLS/AG008.m3u8 Alternative stream links, change the number in bold from 01-10. Commentary sometimes in Thai, sometimes raw feed
  23. We don’t have an “Olympic Museum” but we have a Sport Museum which has a giant football attached to it. Funnily enough, I’ve never been there because it’s a part of an amusement park which is located at the far Eastern end of the city. Recently they have added more Olympians personal items into their collection, so maybe I’ll plan a visit. I’ve been to Singapore Sports and Youth Olympic Museu, which probably is the nearest place for Southeast Asians to see Olympic related items like torches (thanks YOG ). So it’s like two museums in one building and there is also a sport library too.
  24. But for the athletes, competing in Paris 2024 doesn't really matter... Chinese weightlifters, beware. They have been locked out for 3 years and now all they're hungry for a new apartment unit in Pyongyang
  25. INDONESIA Geisha - Cinta dan Benci (Love and Hate) Geisha is well-known for the unique voice of their vocalist, Momo. This song is the main single of their second studio album released in 2011, which topped Indonesian charts for 4 months straight. Unfortunately, Momo is not part of Geisha anymore and the reason of this main vocalist change remains disputed. *The video already included English lyrics translation in the CC*
