    RIP Russia's and Georgia's chances for a quota if that's true. If there will be only 3 quotas for the OQT, Croatia, Montenegro and Greece will qualify.

    Nice, our first gold since the 2013 World Championship. I have a feeling that it will be a much harder task in Tokyo.

    Oh man, I am not sure how good the year of music was in other countries (well, except for the US, I think they had a pretty good year, lot of quality hit songs), but in Hungary.... let's just say that I am kinda struggling to find anything that I feel good about sending.

    It's funny how some non-European nations will get an easy road to the Olympics thanks to us fucking things up at the WCh. That draw against Egypt at the WCh cost us the Olympics.

    Poor Portugal, they will either be in a group with France and Croatia, or in a group with France and Spain. Either way, their chances for the Olympic qualification are slim. Well, unless Slovenia wins the ECh, that can still happen.

    There's absolutely no way that we will beat Sweden today. Just the fact that we are playing today is huge. No sure if a Hungarian men's table tennis team was ever so close to the Olympics.

    I knew it. We just can't beat Spain. Italy, Netherlands, Greece and Hungary for the final 3 quotas. And I hope that we won't be the one unlucky team who will miss Tokyo.

    I did not see this coming at all. Such a nice surprise after we lost the women's Water polo ECh SF.

    I very much doubt that we will qualify. Portugal defeated us at the ECh and since then they got one more Chinese player and we lost Georgina Póta, who was our top player. This sounds silly, but I think we lost our chance to qualify the moment Póta got pregnant. (not saying that it's bad thing, I am happy for her)

    Yeah... they will play against us for the Olympic quota. We are fucked. (we have a full Hungarian team, as always)

    It's mind blowing that Serbia couldn't get into the Top4 at the WCh and ECh before the Olympics. I know that they might not be taking these tournaments seriously, but still...

    For first time since 1999 Serbia won't be in the ECh Top4, Spain eliminated them.

    Montenegro eliminated Italy in the QF, they will likely play against us in the SF.

    Honestly, I am surprised that we were so close to the OQT, this is one of the weakest Hungarian men's handball teams ever. Congrats to them for reaching the Top10 at the Euros, nobody expected from them.

    Well, Portugal and Iceland still have a chance for the OQT thanks to Sweden.

    I am pretty sure Norway won't take the match against Slovenia seriously if we beat Sweden and Portugal, which means that Slovenia is already very likely in the SF.

    Austria, Belarus and Czech Republic almost certainly won't qualify for the OQT now. Those two spots are between Slovenia, Hungary, Portugal and Iceland.
