  1. Another 🥇 in wrestling ( 7th Gold in wrestling) Kiyooka beats Amouzad ( who was really impressive yesterday) With this Gold moves into 3 rd in medal table ahead of
  2. Day 15- Last day of competition for us. Reetika did well but lost narrowly in her QF bout & our Golfers ended their campaign today finishing in mid table. End of Olympics for us. We are not active in any sports ( Wrestling & golf campaign ended today. Wrestling continues to deliver medal at each Olympics) Final 3 athletes ended their Olympics campaign today ( 2 Golf & 1 Wrestling ) We finish Paris olympics with 1 🥈& 5🥉 As of Day 15 we are 71st ( which is our joint worst in an Olympic where we have medalled) in the overall Medal table . Medalists : (Total 6 medal ) Shooting : 3 Manu Bhaker (10m AP women) - 🥉 10m AP Mixed Team ( Manu & Sarabjot) - 🥉 Swapnil Kusale (50m 3P AR Men) - 🥉 Hockey : 1 Men’s Team - 🥉 Athletics: 1 Neeraj Chopra ( Javelin Throw Men) - 🥈 Wrestling : 1 Aman Sherawat ( 57 Kg Freestyle Men) - 🥉
  3. Day 16 ( 11/08/24) No Indian athletes active in competition. End of Olympics We were active for 15/16 days this Olympics , which was great for us fans to have in action everyday. Closing Ceremony flag bearers: Manu & Sreejesh
  4. What a match Petraiashvili finally wins olympic 🥇
  5. 2 more new nations got their first medal in Paris - wrestling ( 1st Olympic medal ever) - Athletics
  6. Day 14- Normal Day, where we had very few competition & Aman getting the bronze medal to continue the legacy of wrestlers getting a medal in each games since 2008 was the highlight of the day. Our Men’s Relay team did well & clocked a SB but just missed out on a final qualification. We are still active in 2 Sports ( Athletics campaign ends , very disappointing overall. Except Neeraj & Sable no one qualified for a Final or did a PB/ NR in their event. ) 11 more athletes ended their Olympics campaign today ( 10 Athletics & 1 Wrestling ) We have 3 active athletes & have 1 🥈& 5🥉 in our Kitty. As of Day 14 we are 69th in the overall Medal table . Medalists : (Total 6 medal ) Shooting : 3 Manu Bhaker (10m AP women) - 🥉 10m AP Mixed Team ( Manu & Sarabjot) - 🥉 Swapnil Kusale (50m 3P AR Men) - 🥉 Hockey : 1 Men’s Team - 🥉 Athletics: 1 Neeraj Chopra ( Javelin Throw Men) - 🥈 Wrestling : 1 Aman Sherawat ( 57 Kg Freestyle Men) - 🥉
  7. Day 15 Schedule ( 10/08/24) Total Events : 2 (1 Medal Events) Total Sports : 2
  8. INDIA ( the athlete) finished 4th in B-Girls Breaking You can’t make this up 😂
  9. Lets not talk about Luck please 🙏 7th Aug was supposed to be our most lucky day as we got Gold with Neeraj in Tokyo. Look what happened on 7th Aug 2024 the most cruel day of Indian Olympics campaign in 2024
  10. Yazdani How unlucky can you be. To be injured in the final bout. How cruel the sport is sometimes. He will always be a champion gold medal or not. What a tiger , fought with a dislocation
  11. Our 6th medal in Paris & wrestling once again delivers inspite of all the problems. Aman is a talented young wrestler & he will get better .
  12. Much deserved, he is a talent & will get only better.
  13. Aman gets his olympic medal Much deserved This is our first wrestling medal in Paris & 5th consecutive Olympics where our wrestlers have got a medal. The journey continues After what happened with Vinesh, this medal brings some solace to our fans.
  14. Day 13 - Double delight ! Statistically our best day in Paris so far. Hockey bronze & a Silver from Neeraj should be enough to make most fans happy, however I didn’t feel the same level of happiness from Neeraj’s Silver that I got from the Hockey Bronze. Neeraj’s achievement is amazing considering he maintained the level of performance for 3 years securing back to back medals in Olympics. A rare feat achieved only by Sushil kumar & PV sindhu. We are still active in 3 sports (Hockey campaign comes to an end with a Bronze medal, a successful campaign ) 19 more athletes ended their Olympics campaign today ( 16 Hockey ,2 Athletics & 1 Wrestling ) We still have 14 active athletes & have 1 🥈& 4🥉 in our Kitty. As of Day 13 we are 64th in the overall Medal table . Medalists : (Total 5 medal ) Shooting : 3 Manu Bhaker (10m AP women) - 🥉 10m AP Mixed Team ( Manu & Sarabjot) - 🥉 Swapnil Kusale (50m 3P AR Men) - 🥉 Hockey : 1 Men’s Team - 🥉 Athletics: 1 Neeraj Chopra ( Javelin Throw Men) - 🥈
  15. Day 14 Schedule ( 09/08/24) Total Events : 4 (1 Medal Events) Total Sports : 3
  16. Big achievement from Neeraj , getting medals at consecutive Olympics shows how consistent he has been . Unfortunately this silver doesn’t bring happiness to me. As if we have lost!
  17. Neeraj Chopra becomes first Indian in Athletics to win 2 medals in consecutive Olympics. A gold in Tokyo followed by Silver in Paris. His consistency across the season is rewarded with SB throw 89.45m & a silver medal However this silver medal ( which is our best result of this games so far) doesn’t really feel like a win.. it feels more like a loss & I personally don’t feel as elated as I did with the bronze in Hockey. Happy for Neeraj & this medal brings our total tally to 5 medals ( 1 🥈 4 🥉 6 4th )
  18. Well he made Yazdani work for 6 mins & got a point out of him that itself should be a victory for him. He can go for Bronze like he did in Tokyo at our expense
  19. What a match between Ramazanov & Brooks, last sec twist. But how did Taylor lost to Brooks, he seemed ordinary. Yazdani would have demolished hin
  20. Finally we have a medal we defended our 🥉 medal . Great for the sport of Hockey in India. Well done boys
  21. Back to back medals for us in Hockey Massive for the sport of Hockey Before our win in Cricket world cup 1983 Field Hockey was the most successful & popular sport among Indians . Delighted we are going back to those golden days A special mention to our Goalkeeper Sreejesh who will retire after Paris . He was a wall/ rock for us at the back Also well played . They played great hockey.
  22. Aman won by technical superiority against Abakarov He was teched by Abakarov in world championships @MHSN did you watch the bout? Aman was good but do you think Abakarov had a problem cutting weight & struggled physically??
  23. Another 4th for us This has been an Olympic of near misses for This is the 6th time we finished 4th in an event in Paris If Mira would have made the last lift, we could have got a medal but anyways she did better than I thought she would She was out injured since the Asian games last year . 199kg is not too bad.
  24. Day 12- By far the worst day we had at Paris Olympics. The less said about the day the better. This is turning into a nightmare olympics. We are still active in 4 sports ( Table Tennis & Weightlifting campaign ended today) 13 more athletes ended their Olympics campaign today ( 7 Athletics, 3 Table Tennis 2 Wrestling & 1 Weightlifting ) We still have 33 active athletes & have 3🥉 in our Kitty. As of Day 12 we are 67th in the overall Medal table . Medalists : Shooting : 3 Manu Bhaker (10m AP women) - 🥉 10m AP Mixed Team ( Manu & Sarabjot) - 🥉 Swapnil Kusale (50m 3P AR Men) - 🥉
