    There were only 16 reallocations as of now so ISSF decided to award them such that it'll be 8 per gender.

    Sadly Aiofe's Olympic dreams are over. There are 16 reallocations here, 8 per each gender. If you reject men's trap quota which your federation won't, gets the men's trap quota. Quotas cannot be exchanged between genders at all, so it's either 0 or 1 men's trap quota. That would mean imbalance of gender.

    But why should the quota be reallocated? She didn't dope during the world championships it was an out of competition test in Sweden months after world championships . So Sweden has the right to replace her right? Linea Swenson may come in her place or someone else.

    Yes and Simranjeet 4th seed. Harrington is pretty much favourite for the gold but she does struggle against Asian boxers who are more swifter and agile but aren't as technical as Kellie Harrington. It all sums up as a very interesting event, not to leave out the Brazilian.

    Let's not count Diaz out. She wasn't good at Tashkent and could have faced challenge for the medals from Chinsanlo and Nabieva. Hang on did you guys read the recent article about her? @Tigercub She's in her form of her life. 100kg snatch + 130kg CJ = 230 kg That's 3kg more than Liao Qiaoyun's best. I know expecting training lift at Olympics is hard. But even if it's 98 + 128kg could just be enough for gold.

    And maybe this is not the first it's happening in Mexican Sports. Favouritism seems to be there in a couple of mexican sports federations , maybe across all countries but it's terrible when athletes don't get rewarded despite being deserved. It used to happen in india during asian games some political influence and you qualify for some sports like pencak Silat and all but who cares it's more like doesn't matter, shouldn't happen at least for Olympics.

    Poland Open definitely has thrown some light over what to expect from wrestlers Helen Maroulis losing 13-0 in 4 minutes and arguing with Odunayo as if she deserved win was the funniest thing. Odunayo did try to be cool and console Helen, but that arrogant American girl!

    She absolutely isn't may be 10th or 11th best out of 16. Tynybekova is good and so are a few other wrestlers. Another athlete people are neglecting is Marwa Amri of Tunisia. She's coming back to form and could pretty well challenge a medal (more than the Bulgarian)

    Nope it won't. No one can beat Odunayo Adekuoroye of Nigeria. Kawaii may have minute chance but still no. Helen Maroulis lol she is not even gonna medal. She should look to improve her attitude and stop arguing after losing that badly to Odunayo, the gold medal favorite.
