Actually both federations don't deserve a quota here. They can't nurture their best wrestlers here. 

 

Senegal could have won 125 kg quota . But he's not participating today. 

 

Madagascar had excellent chance in 86kg where their wrestler won by fall against today's Nigerian and Guniea Bissau Opponent by fall and won silver at last world championships. But he's not participating in the tournament.
