well, some of those things don't really have anything to share with the word "Sport", but some other are really amazing, highly entertaining...a wonderful show...

and I'm just asking myself how many of those disciplines that are also included in the Olympic program would offer the same show, the same technical quality we saw in Aspen also in Korea? :mumble:

The slopestyle corse and the half pipe in Pyeongchang both had great reviews during the test event (arguably the Pyeongchang test event slopestyle course was the best ever built at the time), and basically all the best athletes will be at the Olympics (within the four per country limit) so both those events should have a similar level. This won’t be like Sochi with the funky (I still think the rail section was pretty good) slopestyle course and the aweful half pipe.

X Games big air is pretty different from the FIS version, so it’s hard to compare.

    • That was known from the start for  and will be planned for.   Sadly just the reality of sports in North America. Canada and the US are both huge, a flight from Vancouver to Halifax or from Seattle to Miami is north of five hours. Every sports league in North America has to deal with this kind of travel logistics on the regular, so none of this will seem particularly unusual to a North American player.
    • That’s not a long distance, it’s barely a 2h flight and there is no difference in timezone. Easily doable for fans as well.
