 Maruyama seems to have come out of nowhere, dominant wins and looks like a clear favourite for gold if Prevc doesn’t get back to her form from last season

Yeah, she looks really strong now, but the games are on february, many can happen by the time, some will regress theri shape some will peak for the tournament like Germans

So apparently the LH at Falun has had zero competitions since the 2015 World Champs and the local council wants to demolish the whole complex after 2027 World Champs that would basically render Sweden unable to host any Nordic Skiing WCh after that (the only other "active" large hill in the entire Sweden is in Ornskoldvik).

 

Also Sweden becomes the first ever nation not to field a single jumper when hosting a World Cup event.
