You mean like barely any sleep right? I don’t think going 16 days in a row without sleep is possible, you’d be hallucinating :p

16 nights without sleep, buddy. My biggest life´s achievement I will be proud of it the whole rest of my life

For me, when I sleep during the day, I wake up even more tired than before I went to bed :P I don't know if this is normal or if I should be worried? But I've had this for years, so I hope it's nothing serious...

I think that’s quite normal. If you do it a few days in a row, it shouldn’t bother you as much.

And what did you do during the day? Work, study, etc.? If that was your school time, you could probably take a short sleep during one of the lessons :P

Asian games are easier to follw for us, We can sleep a bit until midninght or 1-2 AM when the competitions starts.

Games at the Americas (Especially Vancouver/LA time zones) are on other side for us worse as the competitions start around 7 PM and ends around 10 AM.

But that's what I mean, that makes no difference if you don't have obligations like work, school or family life, because then you can simply adjust everything to the American times :p

If it's possible, for LA I'll simply sleep from roughly 11:00 to 18:00 or something and follow my regular daily routines...just with everything moved up by 9-10 hours :d

I once had prescription sleep medication. You'd fall asleep within 20 minutes of taking it and have no dreams. The only problem was that you could only take it for a maks. 1 month, not more.

Sleeping, most parts of the day obviously. Then turned on my TV around 19:00 and watched all until next morning, late evening hockey games finished around 8 AM I do remember

Honestly my sleep schedule is so messed up it's ideal for la28.

I sleep at 3am uk time. So outside of missing the later events im set🤣

I actually had to fix my sleep schedule for paris which was only one hour out of my timezone because I would miss three hours of stuff if not at least  because i wake up late🤣

For me, if there are no sleep dreams, it's ok, because 90% of my dreams are nightmares, for example, recently I dreamed that we lost to Poland in women's volleyball 1 day before the quarter-final match:lol:

16 days in a row of no sleep, and you’re completely fine? The WR for no sleeping is 11 days, are you completely sure??? According to doctors, most people feel extreme side effects after four days. Going 16 days without side effects is unheard of. It just doesn’t seem possible. :d

Not sure if we have doctors on here, if there are then correct me if I’m wrong.
