Nope! If she finishes in the top 10 will be eligible to earn a second quota at the last chance qualification competition. You cannot earn 2 or 3 quotas from worlds without having 2 or 3 athletes qualified in the free skate.

The difference between and it’s 0.01… so close for the azeri girl. Julia just did an amazing job, she qualified for the Olympics but for now she don’t have the citizenship, hope she will get this as soon as possible.
Ah! Not seeing a reference to that in the qualifying document, but the ISU does have a knack to write hard to read qualification documents so I might be missing something.
