No, it was Great Britain and Japan who beat us.

255 puts us in medal contention, but it'd be a small chance. Pushing for 260 would put us in a better position.

9 points ahead of 260 . Their score was better then Chinas gold score in Doha

Sorry lol . But it’s still a ten point improvement from Doha in the team technical :). Would have placed them fourth at worlds in the finals.

Few more medals today. Lamothe/Simoneau won silver in duet technical in 248.3350, approximately a point better than in Doha (where they finished in 6th), and our women’s team won team free silver in 326.2981. Although United States demolished us (341.6208) in the battle for gold, we scored approximately 52.6000 (!) points better than in Doha, which would’ve been enough for a silver medal.

Simoneau also won silver in women’s solo free, but given that solo isn’t an Olympic event doesn’t really hold much importance.

Recap of the last day of action.

Audrey Lamothe and Jacqueline Simoneau won silver in duet free with 246.5501 points, approximately 7.5 points better than their Doha score (would’ve finished 4th), and bronze in team acrobatic with 236.3034 points, approximately 14 points better than their Doha score.

    • If this was 6-7 years ago I would have said "Fantastic, I will have luge on my Eurosport again".   But after a couple of seasons of watching live and whenever I wanted on free YouTube, to go back to sporadic random runs being shown and most likely on delays is going to be frustrating  Because Eurosport is not going to prioritize luge at all for live broadcasts.
