not so much...she's actually a French girl (previously member of the French team that won a few world cup, European and world medals)...

 

she might be quite behind in the world ranking right now because of the change of Nationality, but surely she's a very good and talented fencer (better than the Italians competing today)...

Even the organizers are caught off guard by their success, playing the wrong anthem during the men’s discus medal ceremony 

 

Mistake was corrected and apology issued before the correct anthem was played. At least he still got his moment.
