Woohoo, we won :cheer:

Was genuinley concerned, after they lost to Russia, that Germany would overtake them.

It's good to see, that even this very young and inexperienced team could be succesful. It's gonna be interesting to see who of this team'll manage to get to the final WC team. Looking forward to it very much. :D

when Ice Hockey became a matter of hundreds of seconds lol...

Our "lazy" forward Zuzin send this puck in all absolute lazyness to the empty net...the puck apparently passed the goal line 2 hundreds of second after the final buzzer !

Nothing important you would say, well if this goal was counted we would finished the tournament in 2nd place and thus won higher prize money etc...by this increduble lazyness we had to play the overtime and were already assured to finish last 4th.

Matter of 2 hundreds of second ... may be a good lesson for Peter Zuzin for the future, maybe it´s better to sometimes try and move your ass faster !

and as always at the end of the International Break,

Highlights of the team :SVK Matches

DEUTSCHLAND CUP 2019

Slovakia - Switzerland  2-5

Slovakia - Russia "B"  2-3 After Overtime

Slovakia - Germany  3-2 After Overtime

In the end last 4th place with 3 points, if Zuzin would have tried to move at least 2 hundreds of second faster it would be 2nd place with 4 points and better mini-table tiebreaker with both GER and RUS "B"...but yeah, woulda, coulda, shoulda...nothing

See you in December international break at the Swiss Ice Hockey Challenge in Visp
