12:30  :ITA Italy vs Great Britain :GBR

16:00  :SLO Slovenia vs Austria :AUT

19:30  :JPN Japan vs Hungary :HUN

1)

*Japan is already the Tournament winner and the Promoted team for the next years Men´s Under 18 Division I Group A World Championship.

2)

*Great Britain, Hungary and Italy are all still fighting for the maintain in this division.

**GBR - will avoid the relegation if they earn at least 1 point in the match against Italy. Even a Regulation Time lose may be enough if Hungary doesn´t earn at least 1 point in their match with Japan.

***HUN - will avoid the relegation if they earn at least 1 point in the match against Japan, a Regulation Time may also be enough if Great Britain beat Italy (it doesn´t matter if in Regulation Time or after overtime/penalty Shoot-Out).

****ITA - will avoid the relegation if they beat Great Britain in Regulation Time, a OT/PSO win may be also enough but Japan must win over Hungary in Regulation Time as well.

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
    • Today : Jordan 3-0 Egypt  This team will surprise us
    • option no.2 for sure, as it's been all this shitstorm organized by the nhl owners through their embedded reporters   ps not that the north american audience looks really aware of the hockey rules and habits outside the nhl (and around their game, too, since they look not to know that just a couple of weeks ago they played 2 nhl matches on an ice sheet of the exact same size of Milan's olympic arena)
    • Are we supposed to take Daly's word for it or is this just public posturing to try and shame the Milan organizers (which they certainly deserve for all the delays) in order to threaten NHL participation?
    • Well that was a disappointing opening ceremony. Not to mention the boss is late too...   Anyway this is another victim of bureaucracy, the initial creative director quit in October and we get this kind of show.   Original plan: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/17EVayTpig/
    • Japan missed their last shot with hammer in the 10th last night against the Philippines for them to stay alive.  USA's remaining 2 games are against Philippines and Netherlands, so they have a tough road ahead, although they've already beaten Japan, so that helps for tiebreaker purposes.
    • They have already beaten Japan, so a win would them in a strong place.
