how come ? Uganda is diffidently better than Guinea and in quarters they'll have Morocco , while u'll have Mali or Cote d'ivoire

Uganda is average and Morocco is not that strong they defeated Namibia 1-0  by this  own goal

 

look at our Group all the best African teams are in + Mali will join

 

while the destiny of Senegal is much better : Madagascar , congo meuuuuh , only Ghana could be dangerous
