:CRO CROATIAN ROAD TO TOKYO 2020 :CRO

 

Judo qualifications for Olympic Games in Tokyo started on May 25th 2018. Athletes are competing in various tournaments to collect points for ranking list. Deadline for obtaining points for Olympic qualification is May 25th 2020. If the qualification period would finished today we would have 3 quotas, all in women's competition.

 

Current rankings (July 2018.):

 

M -60 kg:    no Croats on ranking list

M -66 kg:    Bernard AZINOVIC :CRO is on the 89th place at the moment

M -73 kg:    Marin FRANUSIC :CRO and Marko DRASKOVIC :CRO are on 103rd place of the rankings

M -81 kg:    Dominic SUMPOR :CRO is on 42nd place

M -90 kg:    Antonijo GARASIC ERNJES :CRO is on 63rd position of the rankings

M -100 kg:  no Croats on ranking list 

M +100 kg:  Marko KUMRIC :CRO is currently on 35th position

W -48 kg:    no Croats on ranking list

W -52 kg:    no Croats on ranking list

W -57 kg:    Tena SIKIC :CRO is at the moment in 38th place which is the last place which is enough for Olympic qualification through continental quota

W -63 kg:    no Croats on ranking list

W -70 kg:    Barbara MATIC :CRO is currently 52nd 

W -78 kg:    Karla PRODAN :CRO is in 14th position on the olympic ranking list and currently holds a position for Tokyo 2020

W +78 kg:   Ivana SUTALO :CRO holds 20th place in her category at the moment which is enough for olympic ticket for Tokyo.

 

Next competition for our judokas is Budapest Grand Prix 2018, which starts on August, 10th.

U jedrenju bi mogle biti 3norme za Tokio. Izgleda dobro zasad u Finnu, 49er i Laser. Ostalo očekivano, mislim da bi iduće godine mogli još dobit kvotu u 49FX. Ostalo će biti teško, barem po ovim rezultatima , pogotovo laser radial je katastrofa. 

Izgleda da Marinic planira iduće godine nastup u Nacri 17, nadam se da nije prekasno. 

 

A plivanje nam izgleda nije totalno u k***cu. Sjajan Blašković, nitko nije očekivao finale sa PB 48,88. I Mogic sjajan na 1500m i 400m. Oba vrlo blizu A norme za Tokio. Sad treba to prenijet u iducu sezonu, prilično sam siguran da Mogic će to skinut. Bas me zanima koliko može Blaskovic na 50m F i Mogic na 800m, a možda i Lončar popravi PB na 200m ledjno.

Ocekujem 3-6 plivaća u tokio njih troje + obrovac,sever mozda

Radijalke mogu puno više od ovoga, pogotovo Lulić. Ona će sigurno upasti unutar tih 44 kvota, kao i daskaši i svojima.
