Today the European President Cup in Taekwondo finished. In total 10 medals for Croatia and important points for the Olympic qualification 

 

Gold:

3rd day at wtc table tenis

Men's lost against India 3-2 after leading 2-0...they have a small chances to go quarterfinals butt no way

Girls lost against Slovakia 3-1 then later that day win against France 3-1...they proublaby will go as a second from this group

3 first placed go to 1/8 finals

but still no chance for our men as they will lose to South Korea

a disaster for our wrestling at the European championship

although we had Lizatovic fighting for bronze, actually there was only one single win in the whole tournament 

Lizatovic won 1 fight in repechage. all others lost their fights (ettlinger and starcevic twice)

    • That's still ok. I think that principle can be applied to Oceania and Africa even for these games to avoid same nations like Australia and South Africa get all team sport quotas. But for rest I prefer the model that allows nations to participate in more team sports if they have the merit.
