2019 Championships Results

 

Men's Ice Hockey IIHF Division II Group A World Championship 2019

 

Men's Ice Hockey IIHF Division II Group B World Championship 2019

 

Men's Ice Hockey IIHF Division III World Championship 2019

 

Tournament Format

 

After the Withdrawal of  :NZL because of Covid-19 Pandemic Travel restrictions,

 

The Remaining 5 Nations will play a 5 Nations Round-Robin Tournament, Each team will play Once against every opponent,   

 

The 1st Ranked Nations will qualify for the Men´s Division II Group A World Championships next year in 2023

 

The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Nations will stay in this Men´s Division II Group B World Championships also for the next season,

 

The 6th ranked Nation (Withdrewing New Zealand) will be Relegated to the Men´s Division III Group A World Championships next year in 2023

I've just come back from a week in Reykjavík, and on Tuesday evening I saw the Belgian ice hockey team at the restaurant I was having dinner. Now I know why they were there!!
