so far, one of the most disappointing Stanley Cup Final Series I've watched in the last few years...

sloppy play, way too many defensive mistakes (especially by STL), basically a mess all around the ice...and in game #1 there wasn't even any sort of physical play (but in game #2 and #3 at least some of that did make its appearance on the ice )...

but that was the risk we already examinated before the series started...with 2 teams playing almost the same style (and that specific style) of hockey, the entertainment wasn't to be searched in the "beautiful hockey", rather in the details and in the tactical aspects of the game (which unfortunately we haven't seen yet, either)...:nopompom:

Chára strongly bleeding and didn´t finishing the match wasn´t really great to see. At least he was back on the bench for the 3rd period wearing the kid cage in his helmet lol (even if he didn´t play any more second in this game,) hopefully he´ll be ok for the next game

to me, he's absolutely crazy...

the risk is not worth the possible consequence...he already won a Stanley Cup...and it's not that they don't give him his ring this time if he doesn't play the last 2/3 games because of such an injury...;)

I hope his family can make him understand that pride is one great thing, but stupidity is the level immediately following...

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
