A day earlier one was 26 minutes behind due to a 10 minute penalty. This penalty was a 5-time 2-minute penalty for this:

Considering he had five 'misses' in the standing shooting, I wonder....has he simply skied straight through the shooting range instead of even standing in a position to shoot?!

Lebanon hosted cross country and biathlon races back in the 1960s. The CISM races were there in the mid 1960s.
