It is one of the places from the double starters as mentioned in the team. NOCs can exchange quota places for another event but they can use it once.

Same situation for Manu as I mentioned for the U.S. team. One of her quota places can be exchanged with the women’s trap quota.

For Oceania and Africa is not a reallocation. They don't respect elegibility criteria, because are not listed in qualification ranking
