  1. Polish sports forum tylko-igrzyska.pl says last Polish winter sports World Cup win was Dawid Kubacki (ski jumping) in Lillehammer, March 16th, 2023. That's really long time ago.
  2. Poles got lost in the woods as usual. Nowhere to be seen lately.
  3. Allez Les Bleus!!!
  4. Kaja Ziomek-Nogal 💪
  5. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/dooaZKKyJ9VrvDjD/?mibextid=UalRPS Shiffrin straight from her hospital bed 🤦🏻
  6. I would prefer additional slaloms. I am not a huge fan of these mixed team events.
  7. Yes , they should add parallel slalom Poland is suprisingly good at parallel GS one of our few Tiny medal chances in 2026
  8. Are you happy for Italian results in ANY sport???
  9. Yet antother piece of useless data: If 2026 World Cup was 32 teams - as it shoould be imo and have one host USA - as it should be imo and we would have qualified teams according to last Euro/Copa America/Africa Cup of Nations... no world cup qualifying but continental champs as qualifying for world cup - AS IT SHOULD BE imo, then we could have continental champs every 2 years the 2026 tournament could look sth like that: no this time (according to the last continental champs results)
  10. And now Tomasz Sikora is commenting cross-country World Cup in PL Eurosport together with one of the guys who were in the commentary box during 2006 medal race. And Sikora is well-prepared to his commentary job as is doing it just fine. I regret he can't comment biathlon this winter but biathlon is not shown on Eurosport here in Poland. TVP has the rights.
  11. BTW, 2006 Tomasz Sikora performance in Mass Start Biathlon event is defenitely in my personal Top Ten Polish olympic moments ever. And the Polish Eurosport commentary was just GREAT. Rach-ciach-ciach, anyone? The word GREAT is not enough here. It was not GREAT, it was MASTERCLASS. A very good friend of mine was in Polish Olympic Biathlon Team in 2006 Olympics so i have some insider-knowledge and history of this race and this medal is just awesome. Specially when we remember previous races in Torino were very disappointing for Sikora and it was his LAST CHANCE. And HE TOOK IT. Just wow.
  12. I didn't watch it live unfortunately. I must re-watch it in my spare time. Adding to my list. BTW, does Swedish Olympic Committee have a memorial book of Paris 2024 games. If so, can i buy it online?
  13. I would add Parallel Slalom to the olympic programme. It's much more entertaining than some events which are already there. And there would be some additional chances for a good result for Team Poland i guess heh
  14. From international perspective Ten is not enough, like i said. But let's do it this way. What i watched and what i liked: DAYS -2, -1, 0 1. RUGBY SEVENS - M Tournament - very entertaining, stadium full of people, i was rooting for Team Fiji. I usually watch Rugby World Cup only but i really liked this thing 2. RUGBY SEVENS - W Tournament - less entertaining than Men's tournament, but i was rooting for team US because i think Ilona Maher instagram content is really funny 3. Daria Saville instagram content straight from the vilage was really good, team Aussie coffee house was my fav 4. OPENING CEREMONY - I want to say it loudly. I LIKED IT A LOT. The only thing i didn't like was THE WEATHER. If the weather was better, this boat parade would be much more entertaining. I was worried about safety issues, but it turned out my disbelief in the professionalism of French police etc. was not good THIS TIME. My fav moments: Aya Nakamura cause i listen to her on Spotify constantly Passarelle Debilly section - yes, i liked it. I may even loved it. I am anything but a religious person so it wasn't controversial to me personally. I understand some people might have been offended but for me - personally - as your Raffa - it was VERY REFRESHING, VERY ENTERTAINING. The only bad thing was the weather. Maybe Phillippe Katerine as Blue Dionysys in the end wasn't that funny but all what happened before in this section was supercool imo. Dancers on the barge, they were just great. Celine Dion performance - at first, i didn't like it that much. But it gets better and better after every next watching on YT. And i was watching it all on France 2 TV to get the mood so i luckily avoided our Polish TV - "Je suis Babiarz" controversy. DAY 1 coming up next
  15. I think in the Olympics there should be two ind events in NC but one : jumping first, cross country next and second: cross country mass start first and jumping next. That would be much more interesting
  16. This is a Last chance to vote today. New poll on Monday
  17. And what are your early thoughts for Italy here? How many golds? How many medals in total? Who may be a new kid in the block, a breakthrough, a surprising medal for Italy???
  18. Do we know anything what injury Mikaela got?
  19. But Bruna Moura for sure! No pressure, like you said , LOL. #TeamMoura
  20. Too many to write them down just like that. But i will try to make a list in a few days time. A really good idea for a new thread, Josh.
  21. How can you watch moguls world cup in European TV or YouTube, anyone???
  22. I like these new ideas for TV graphics both yesterday and today . Good job
