I would say that such reruns is fair only in the case when it does not influence the places of other teams which got their times earlier. It is not fair to compare times of the runs which take place during different wether conditions and e t.c. That`s why reruns are impossible for the finals. Even if such things happen as:

Тож маємо: - Біатлон - 10 - Лижі - 5 - Гірські лижі - 2 ******* Мої передбачення: - Сани - 8 - Скелетон - 1(2) - Фристайл і сноубординг - 8 - Двоборство - 2 - Трамплін - 3(4) - Шорт-трек - 2 - Фігурне катання - 0(1) - Лижі +0(1) (не знаю, чи можемо претендувати на перерозподіл?) Тобто - 41 - 45.

Our female skating was so week that we do not send our respresentative to the qualifier.

But it does not stop russians from bombing the city which they cannot capture - just destroy. It is a big center of sports in Ukraine - especially ice sports, athletics, artistic swimming. A big number of inhabitants in combination with sport objects created space for sport selections and search for young talents. But now... A lot was bombed. Children have to study in the underground schools. So a lot of people are trying to send children away. A lot of them are in Europe. And our coaches say that at the torunaments abroad a local colleagues thank them for young talanted Ukrainian athletes. It is not a big deal in football where they still can represent Ukraine. But in gymnastics and athletics they will be naturalized mostly. You see - there is no new generation of Ukrainian athletes at this World Championship.
