Russian national team had 5 training groups that year. Only one of these groups had a training camp at the occupied territories. This was a group of Nepryaeva. Athletes could chose a group and switch between them. I do not see any reason for her to avoid the resposibility (both from the sports perspective and legal point of view): - adult; - violated the rules of crossing the border; - was not under the order; - could switch training groups; - there were alternative groups of the national tram to train with and not violate the rules; - getting illegal advantage over other (Ukrainian) athletes; - using stolen training facilities.

Тут що добре - вони це виправили, але не перерозподілили квоти, щоб дати команду білорусам. Мене хвилювало, щоб вони не спробували їх запхати в командний турнір. Тоже це має бути формальність - квоту нам і Японії у чоловіків. Якщо і Канада не відмовиться від квот, то буде ідеально взагалі.

As we are approaching the end of qualification period I have updated the list of AIN`s and possible reallocations. 1. Right now there are 13 russian and 5 belorussian athletes with Olympic quotas. Luge quotas are under investigation + next WC is needed for proper number of runs. Freestyle, cross-country and alpne sking are not formally awarded by FIS yet. But it is a formality. 2. 5 russian and 1 belorussian atheletes got inviatations from the IOC. 3. The list is not final. Belorussians may get Aerials quotas via reallocations. Russians may get something in other FIS disciplines - but it would not be easy even with the reallocations. 4. A lot of controversial persons (like Tatalina, Perestoronin) failed to qualify (Tatalina may have some chances during the reallocation). A lot of athletes did not get AIN status due to different reasons like problens with anti-doping rules and affiliation with military. That`s why I do not expect a lot of reallocations this time. But AIN statuses by some athletes like Dariya NEPRYAEVA will be surely challenged.

Wow. it is really a big risk. We faced with this in Beijing when by the day of the start we had no enogh athletes out of the COVID quarantine. And if it is possible to stay with 1 quota only for W Aerials? As far as I can understand the normal license limit for NOC is 30 but is rised to 32 only for the NOCs qualified aerials team.

I do not understand why they did not give a W quota to to create a team. But maybe this quota will be allocated after the official rejection of both quotas.

Нам, у Італії немає жодної фристайлістки (це вже офіційно) в акробатиці, яка мала б допуск. Так що за себе можемо бути спокійні - питання в білорусах і швейцарцях. Ну, і принагідно подивимося, що залишилося в меню на цей тиждень: - скелетон, бобслей, монобоб; - фристайл - могули і слоупстайла (приємно, що Таталіна математично вилетіла з прямого розподілу квот після минулого етапу); - сноуборд (хафпайп, крос, слоупстайл, ПГС) - отут би нам провернути диво у ПГС! Але там є вірогідність, що і росіяни спробують щось зачепити в останній момент - в Болгарії одразу 2 етапи. - трамплін і двоборство - по одній квоті точно наші, а далі - аби росіяни, знову ж не перехопили, якщо доїдуть - у двоборців є небезпека.

Ні, ні - там японець. Він сьогодні випав, бо його обійшов 4-й казах. Для білоруса треба, щоб хтось відмовлявся.

Перерахували. Ми офіційно з 4 квотами. Але доля Швейцарії не зрозуміла. У чоловіків 25-а квота відійде Японії.

Не думаю, що Канадки відповляться - там їх 3, а врховуючи травматичність цього виду, бажано не ставити під загрозу командний турнір. Подивився - минулого разу у жінок Канада скинула одну квоту - з 4 до 3. А Штати зберегли всі 4.

Тут я можу по цих країнах додати інфу. Чехія не має ще 1 учасника (як і Японія). Тоді Австралія точно одержує - у них він вже порахований в цій таблиці в стовпчику D2. Але от чому Швейцарії не додана жіноча ліцензія в D2 - не розумію. Втім, таблиця ще після вчорашніх змагань.

I suppose it is about the strategy. We saw it in athletics - people calculated what they need to get to qulift and participated in the events where they could get necessary points for sure. As far as I can understand it is the same IBSF ethics body which allowed russians to compete and threatened to our children protesting at the Europa Cup.

Всього ліцензій 25. Вище в сумі виходить 24. Ще одна ліцензія зарезервована за Італією як господарями. Але у них немає для цього спортсменів взагалі. І от тут питання - у Швейцарії бракує дівчини для командного турніру. Тому за правилами цю ліцензію мали б дати їм. Але це не 100% - можу помилятися, і тоді вона відійде білорусці.

Сам в шоці )) На 4 бали обійшла канадку і на 2 білоруску. Італійська квота мала б піти швейцарці, тому це був наш єдиний шанс.

Так, реально супер-результат! Білоруси, нажаль, доїхали до Штатів, тому там завдання у Попович сильно ускладнилося. Але, якщо вона відіграє 9 балів від канадки, то може взяти квоту. Плюс там незрозуміла для мене ситуація із швейцаркою - вона б мала одержати квоту задля участі у командному турнірі. Якщо я якихось причин вона не може її отримати, то є ще одна квота, яка з'явиться після відмови Італії (там немає учасниць). Але її треба буде відстояти у бортьбі із тією ж швейцаркою (очок порівну) та білоускою, яка відсьає на 4 пункти. У бігейрі/слоупстайлі і скелетоні по одній квоті, у жіночих стрибках - без. У сноуборді ще 2 етапи у ПГС, щоб вигризти зубами щось на додачу до квоти Данчі. У чоловічому трампліні і двоборстві по 2 квоти попередньо, але там питання, чи доїдуть і що покажуть на останніх етапах аінівці. Пункти не рахував, наскільки це може бути для нас критично - скоріше у двоборстві.

In reality it is about your national federation to fight for this quota. Aleksandr Gorbatsevich was 2 places higher then Skupek at the test event. But he was declared ineligible after the more detailed check. If the reasons of his ineligibility existed before that race he should not be allowed to start at all and must lose all his points. Thus Skupek may get 1 more point.

The first really good race for this season - Pidruchny moved from 41 to 7. And the best pursuite time.
