  5. You have youtube button. Put in URL of the video, click "ok" and "submit reply" then at the right bottom corner of your post
  6. Fucsovics-Cilic match just started. They played good, very close and interesting match last year in Basel. Fucsi was very close to win that one. But I think on slow court Cilic should win easily. Unless he turns off brain cells
  7. Yup, the same outcome as the very first game of the match. Simona started to play better, opening the court on Dolehide's FH side and making her move more. I hope Dolehide keeps the second set leveled.
  8. This gameeee.... may be decisive for Dolehide
  9. Wow, Dolehide... heavy game, heavy boobs
  10. Novak brainfarting in the first set It is a long road to come back. And ONLY if the elbow injury is a past....
  11. Anisimova keeps winning, into R4 now! Petra was really bad, errors everywhere, but that doesn't diminish Amanda's success! I am very impressed with her hard hitting abilities. She wasn't that troubled with Petra's shots, was able to answer back with great angles, driving Petra from one corner to another, and to hit as hard as Petra did! One to watch! Vondroušova also in 4th round Two youngest players left in the draw are in the last 16!
  12. Bertens is very good on clay. Surface in Indian Wells in previous years was giving me vibes of clay. Slow, suited for spin and high bouncing. But I am not sure in what state the surface is now, so it can be one-way match with Serena dominating again. I would like to see both Serena and Vika going deep here. Serena most likely will. She is such inspiration. Just to see her playing against Diyas today was great feeling, watching a legend of the game.
  13. @Pifta is the one interested in Totallympics Song Contest. Sadly, he hasn't been active lately.
  14. Absolutely. Maybe not a cake since my specialties are cookies! But I am wondering what they will put in the grave. I intend to die like some of my heroes. Empedocles threw himself into Etna for instance... Maybe better solution will be if someone drowns me in a barrel of Malmsey wine, like George Plantagenet died. But to die of laughter would be beautiful, like Chrysippus. That can be manageable since I do have figs. I only need a donkey. But I am afraid I'll die of poisoning Too many poisons I am working with. Hopefully it'll be some good hallucinogens, so at least I can dream of flying on a broomstick to be in time, at 11 o'clock on the platform nine and tree quarters and start new journey
  15. Is this song considered as some sort of satire on the presence of social media and selfies, which preoccupies modern generations who should be making real friendship, going outside to spent time with friends and actually talking?
  16. Where to start from... First, a song for the love of my life: And of course, there are many other songs prepared for people to dance after the funeral, when they gather at home
  17. Glad someone asked that question!! I already have sort of a playlist for such "special" occasions
  18. For someone it does matter, for someone not at all, really. Last edition I gave 12 to Lithuania, and their music "video" contained lyrics only, and since I wanted to know what the song was about I used Werloc's translation and watched in them while listening... until I learned them completely So, the outcome wasn't affected by video at all. I still listen to that song from time to time, love it so much. Sometimes video can help, but sometimes in can have the opposite effect too.
  19. Yes, we are all inspired Five of my six entries were male singers/bands so I thought a change might turn out to be good (Yumi Zouma, Annual 2015 was the only previous entry with female vocals nominated by me and Hollie Smith Open 2014 by Joshi)
  20. Have something special in the bag and cannot decide? I knew what my entry would be even during the last edition, but over the last few days I changed my mind. First - her songs are not on youtube and second, the more I listened them the less I liked the songs so...
  21. What a story it would be if Jaziri won the title... Agut is going to be a tough nut. On the other side, I like Krajinovic's chances against Pouille
  22. New Zealand New Zealand Jury have decided, in 2018, to fill your ears with some good women vocals coming from the Land of the Long White Cloud after two years where male singers represented the country, with another jewel from the Flying Nun Records! "It’s a strange feeling: that bizarre in-between space of peace and melancholy. Like a beautiful summer’s day designed for soaking up every ray of light that floods the outside world, but you find yourself hiding in the shade of your darkened bedroom. New Zealand band Fazerdaze’s newest daydreaming single ‘Lucky Girl’ invokes the presence of said conflicted feeling and surrounds it’s wistfully doldrum undertones with bursts of hazy leaks of light. ‘Lucky Girl’ offers a glistening and enticing share of psychedelic-pop charm. Captivating from the jump with the soft, swooning guitars that open the track with a compellingly swift-yet-smooth sense of urgency, Fazerdaze delivers a decidedly sepia-toned sound, sharpened by her sonorous and cloud-like vocals that float through the warm layers of lo-fi noise. Taken from her forthcoming LP Morningside, ‘Lucky Girl’ paints a perfect picture of Fazerdaze’s ability to convey an ebullient glee and a creeping sadness at once, ensnaring the perplexing contradiction of emotions that comprises our human existence. Ultimately, this is a beautifully uplifting summertime reverie, brimming with a radiant affection that is so easy to get lost in." Fazerdaze - Lucky Girl Lyrics "Morningside is what happens when a bedroom pop record gets too big for just a single room, but all the while never loses its intimacy. Whatever the destination, it’s unlikely Murrary is concerned. She sounds concentrated on the one thing every great Flying Nun band aims for: making effortless pop songs that are far less effortless than people think." https://thespinoff.co.nz/music/22-04-2017/who-is-fazerdaze-a-year-with-nzs-next-indie-darling/ Are you a lucky girl?
