    Gold to Sweden, Silver to Scotland and bronze to Switzerland who really improved after the round robin, almost not qualifying. Not Russia unfortunately lost as many games in playoffs as in round robin overall and finish 4th. I guess that still is their best result ever for a male team? it´s third gold in a row for Sweden and Niklas Edins 5th (Oskar Erikssons fith as well but he was alternate in the first two). That makes them the most world gold medalists ever. 3 straight is also a record!

    Second qf starts now. Semi and medal games will be Held later today. Can be a though day for sui or usa with three games in a row after been isolated for a while. Also WCF Said one player in the playoffs restes positive and again negative after That but Will not get to play more. and they are now wearing face masks.

    Still Windy in Östersund at Swedish nationals. sprint today Jesper Nelin (2 misses) won by 0,6s over Samuelsson (1). Ponsilouma (3) 3rd 25s behind. Elvira Öberg (2) won 8s Ahead of her sister Hanna (3). Brorsson 3rd (2)

    Öberg top 3 all season after 2nd race , until last.. terrible. Wierer failed but Preuss take 3rd instead

    Great for Hofer! A bit frustrating That Samuelsson had struggle with snow in the rifle first shooting. Probably lost just more than the 4 secpnds there

    Before this season I would Expect Stina to definately be on podiumn with such a shooting but hopefully that comes next season! Strong to do her best race in the season when she gets the chance with a lot of pressure when many people didn´t agree that she should have been selected to the team. Beats both Öberg sisters, unfortunately because of their bad performances

    Only two medalists attending flower ceremony. Frida Karlsson in ambulance to the hospital looks like Weng ran over her arm in the crash

    They gave it away to Weng but Impressive by Frida with bad grip from start and injured arm last 10km (broken???) after the crash what it looks like Kalla Did have terrible skis in the relay but probably lost all shape after 10km

    Yeah the combination of their astma medical use in horse doses, giving it to healthy juniors, Johaugs doping case with a for me not so easy to believe explaination story, together with that Fosseshomn got growth hormones for 3 years (also happend to the sprint talent Stavas Skistad) would not have been talen seriously if it was Russia for example.

    Seems like Johaug is afraid of 4th leg, after the sprint finish against Nilsson in Seefeld. I have mixed feelings about Fossesholm. On one hand, she is the norwegian I could like most, but it is difficult not to think about her teenage years with exception for using growth hormones.

    Karlsson 4 seconds behind at the top before the 2nd lap, 8s short after at 5km,and then losing almost 50 seconds on second lap and still clearly second best. Great performance from swedish girls once again, I will ignore Johaug. Even Kalla has been better than second best norwegian in both distance races so far, looks good for the relay.

    Linn Svahn who won 5 world cup races this season will probably not race antalet. Not selected to the team Sprint. Dahlqvist/Sundling Will be the team. Dahlqvist reigning champion, then with the beginner biathlete Nilsson. Should be small favorites since US are performing like Svahn. Dahlqvist unbeaten in team sprint before last world cup where she was in team with Svahn.
