Satich Dahwan Space Center's lancher PSLV C-35 put into orbite 8 satellites including three Algerian ones, ASAL said in a communiqué. Alsat-1B is the second Algerian medium-resolution earth observation satellite launched by Algeria after Alsat-1. Alsat-1B is part of the DMC" (Disaster Monitoring Constellation) international constellation endowed with an excellent shooting frequency.
