754 penalties, just WOW!

I found a stream just when two Serbians started, one by one so i watched them plus Ochoa and 2 Brits. I saw huge technical errors and problems with Jevtic and Djordjevic, it was obvious they were struggling. But Jevtic indeed was somehow better and more precise. I know that Serbia doesnt have a tradition in this sport but still, after all these years all participants finish in bottom half, often in last few positions.

2 Serbians got 50+ sec penalty. Which mistake is responsible for that? Not just touching gate but what?

Pitanje je da li ce zrijeb biti dirigovan ili makar poludirigovan. Da li ce grupe imati nosioce? Sta ce biti kriterijum za nosioce? Mozda bi i zato i trebalo ici na zlato. Pored 3 reprezentacije koje sam spomenuo gore treba izbjeci Spaniju, SAD, pa i Francusku. Od evropskih bih najvise volio VB, mada ajde da vidimo koliko zaista mogu. Koliko se sjecam od africkih nikako ne bi valjalo da igramo sa Senegalom. Neka dobra grupa bi bila sa recimo VB, Korejom i nekom panamerickom. I naravno,preduslov je da ih Marina vrati u formu.

Kanada, Australija, Kina, na njih bi svakako trebalo obratiti paznju ali mislim da je zaista mala sansa da zavrsimo na toj poslednjoj poziciji.

Ako sam dobro shvatio, bice 4 grupe po 4 tima, iz dvije grupe idu po 3 tima, a iz ostale dvije po 2. Sto znaci da od 16 timova u Tokio ide 10. Zenska kosarka je u pitanju

A kakva je Aleksicka?

U pravu si,mada su Poljakinje LN igrale odlicno, mada ne znam u kom su sastavu bile. Nije da ih se plasim ali su opasan tim. Tajland ce biti tezak,ne bi me cudilo da idemo u 5 setova,ne bi bilo prvi put. I dalje smo opasni, to stoji. Skoro sve su tu. Jovanin potez je zaista sraman. Ne kapiram o cemu se radi. Ipak je ona olimpijska vicesampionka. Sta joj to treba. A 100% je zavrsila,Terzic je oko toga izricit.

Bez Milene cemo biti oslabljeni. Mogli su da sacekaju makar kraj turnira.

Da li neko zna sta se desava sa jedrenjem? U toku je SP u laseru i koliko vidim nemmo predstavnike.

IMO, last "good" games were London 2012. After that, Bach is steadily killing Olympics. He is doing that in few simple but effective steps. 1. Reducing number of athletes by any cost 2. Artificially equaling gender representation 3. Adding some sports which are "urban" and youth appealing (are they sport at all is a question to discuss) 4. Destroying traditional sports by reducing categories or even disciplines and by adding some mix competitions which are pointless 5. Saving as much money as possible Maybe i am old, but i started to like olympics when they were "normal". This V2010+ version is...blah... not my cup of tea.

Thanks. I actually started to like Arturo in 2012 when he was flawless. His performance was something perfect. After that i watched WC and up until Rio, that was it. Elefterios was perfect back in Rio, but before start i somehow hoped for another gold for Zanetti. I like rings the most so i will observe it closely this time.

Yes, karate has long tradition in Montenegro, Hodzic is an example of those relatively young karatekas who can win a medal in a perfect setting. Rakovic is more experienced,she also won few medals at major events. To be honest, i dont like karate and i watch it occasionally, so i cant compare them with top karatekas. Remotely, Hodzic should be closest to medal. Gojkovic is also part of infamous Montenegrin system in which amateur boxing is poorely financed and governed, as a result we have 18 years old pro boxers but also pro champions Radosevic or Zlaticanin ( their olympic careers were nonexistent). On the other hand, club in which she trains is leaded by Russians so she is under their influence since earliest years. Women boxing in Russia isnt strong as mens but still, she is probably best prospect for an olympic medal in individual sport Montenegro ever had.

I am curious about Zanetti. Wasnt he favorite for gold before Rio?
