Tournament B: Ireland qualifies for top division. Czechia and Poland for division II. Turkey for division III. Tournament C: Italy qualified for top division. Ukraine and Lithuania for division II. No team for division III (Gibraltar withdrew before the tournament but presumably will play in div III next year).

My guess of why they do it: south american women teams have so little continental competition (just a copa america every 4 years lmao) that they don't want to leave so many teams without doing anything for such long period. For a long time I was sure that had happened but a compatriot here once told me it didn't and I went to Wikipedia to check and apparently no, Argentina never qualified anyone.
