There was a mishap on the missed arrow. The band of the bow got stuck in the arm and hence the disaster occurred.

Team got enough training. They were in Netherlands for last 1 week compared to German woman team reaching 2 days before ranking rounds. Also world archery published a report where it is said Komalika Bari missed the target and she only shot the scores of 3 and 5. It was a shocking decision to include her in world's team instead of going with experienced Laxmirani Manji or youngster Ankita Bhagat who has done well.
