No, even after the penalties it´s still counted as +1, only the winning (differential) goal is scored for the stats. so even if you won 4-2 on the penalties after the match ended 1-1 in regulation time, the final score will be 2-1 after PSO

Depend on SUI and LAT results, if both will lose, RUS will be 5th and CZE 6th
