I just found why Otčenáš and Faur had blue times. They had both 12 seconds deducted from their times, because there was apparently a huge crush of athletes arriving at same time during the first prone shooting so both Otčenáš and Faur just somehow haven´t any place nowhere where to lie and shoot

No. Faur took +30 seconds and drop outside top-40. I don't know why 

 

May be Sinapov interrupted to Otčenáš.

thats what I found in our biathlon site explaining Otčenáš, maybe Faur then after all this mess also missed a penalty loop

 I think penalty will be more in this way.

Wow, I would love to see the reaction: "Hmm... Where am I supposed to shoot?"

 

Faur received penalty because he jumped the start. That information was written during the race.
