In my opinion, this is also not entirely correct from a moral point of view, because only stars like Goggia or Brignone could afford a private team. They could have certainly tried to come to an agreement. Colturi has long been considered the new Janica Kostelic. They had to do everything not to lose her - give her money, but of course verify her progress after each season. Italy doesn't have much to lose, apart from Colturi in slalom, we don't have any important competitors and the national team has been standing still for many years.

She will come back to Italian team when you will not have any medal in 26 Olympics in slalom
