Oliveira

Dowell

Rantes

 

That means the 2022 World Championships goes to the highest ranked continents not yet qualified,

 

The first quota for the 2023 World Championships goes to while the rest goes to the highest ranked nations not yet qualified,

 

The host quota is reallocated to the highest ranked nation at the 2023 World Championships not yet qualified,

 

If South Africa declines their quota it will go to Venezuela.

Confirmed Cycling Canada will announce the name later and has not rejected quota.
