Sweden has unfortunately been slowly declining since Euro 2021. Now Norway is looking much better.

I totally agree with this. :)

The Italian NT gives an impression of random dudes tbh. No fear factor or anything. Just average at best.

This our level. Italy have many good players, but have only one top player (Donnarumma).

We don't play "as team", this is the impression.

The only good think is the result: won 5-4

Maybe Chiesa will come to squad?

However don't change nothing. We don't have a top players (Chiesa is a sub of Liverpool)

How is possible win at young level don't have enough young a players in serie A?

If we find a "Lamine Yamal" in Italy will be debut in Serie A at 24/25 years (maybe)

Well, I still remember when Mancini & Vialli didn't play for NT because of a feud with Arrigo Sacchi (or was that Sacchi vs Sampdoria in general?). Anyhoo, Euro 2021 was like the veteran's last dance and it was won more by the defense which is fine. If GK is your biggest star then it's usually a major problem. But overall, yes, Italy has a group of players but not a team.

Ok, but I believe that great talent will break through even in a bad system, like Balotelli's 15 years ago. He was our last great attacking talent. The current players like Kean etc are good but not great and I don't know if it would have helped if Kean had started playing regularly in Serie A at the age of 18-19, than 23-24?

Btw., for example, in volleyball, so many young players make their debuts very early in the senior NT: Egonu and Orro at 18 age, Michieletto and Giannelli before 20 age, so this is more of a football specific problem, not all our sport. Secondly, as I've already written, we lack truly great football talent for last over 10 years – I'm sure Yamal could easily break through even in Italy, just like Balotelli and del Piero did back.

"Bisogna stare molto attenti a creare nei giovani l’alibi che il loro problema è che non li facciamo giocare, perché l’assistenzialismo nello sport competitivo non ha mai pagato. La prima cosa è che il giovane si deve guadagnare il diritto di giocare.”- Julio Velasco.

    • Suspect this will have major consequences for the Paralympics going forward. Could see a collation of countries wanting to set up up a rivial movement,
    • This is the rule of FIFA : If Iran withdraw  Iraq will qualify even if they lose  If they win Emirats will qualify
    • We will need a lot od changes in our staff after this season and I hope our federation will have the money for that`s. Unfortunately, your staff and ski services blew almost the entire Olympics and now we're still in the same situations. Due to their terrible form, we won 1/2 fewer medals than we actually did. Our team has skis on par with Moldova or Kazakhstan – shame!
    • Anning is not here but the new 400 meters format is (2x final heats of 4 athletes each, combined times decide podium).   Natalia Bukowiecka absolutely blasted it and I guess that's a popular feeling among athletes
