  6 Nations, 2 Groups, the 1st and 2nd Nations will qualify for the Semifinal

4 Nations, Semifinals, Bronze Medal match, Gold Medal Match, the winning Nation will be the Women's Volleyball Tournamnt at the Southeast Asian Games 2023 Champion
